E2C - The Network
We as E2C works very closely with teachers and counsellors from partner schools and empowers them to be more impactful in their classrooms and counselling sessions. We guide and encourage the teachers needs to be open-minded about errors committed by the learners while delivering their sessions. The learners may find themselves in ambiguous situations and sometimes suffer from moral conflicts. As adults, we need to facilitate the widening of the scope for the learner so that they find alternative ways of making informed decisions.
Therefore we as E2C organise many Faculty Development Workshops in order to train and certify the faculty on regular basis. We also assist our partner faculty members with all their learning curve requirements throughout the world, whether it's National or International Certifications or to connect with our National or International Partner Universities.

One cannot undermine the responsibility of the schools and higher education institutes as a community. Thus, one can develop and establish a caring community encouraging collaborative learning activities by weaving Training and Development into their daily institutional activities.
